Rosie has been my project manager since her start at VistaPrint. My trust in her is unmeasurable. I value her as my thinking partner and project manager. She is someone that I can lean on to help me solve issues and provides ideas or next steps, whether it’s work-load visibility or resource allocation. She’s always there to aid and give support. A powerful advocate for the creative team, she is deadline driven while ensuring the team is not over scoped. Not only that, but Rosie is also the glue for all teams. She continually works to make processes easier for everyone. She’s up-to-speed on agile behaviors and processes like story points and leverages those for all her reporting. Rosie is organized and documents in detail. She ensures all meetings achieve the goals set forth, actionable outcomes defined and tagging the right team members for next steps. She is always present and always available. A true value add to any team.

Rosie is one of my absolute favorite people to work with at Vistaprint. She is the project manager of the site creative team that I partner with and is truly amazing at her craft. With so many stakeholders and project requests, Rosie has a ton thrown her way every day- which she is able to smoothly manage. She is skilled at understanding the team's needs, prioritizing work based on greatest impact, and never lets things fall through the cracks. With the fast paced environment in which we work, that is something that is truly difficult to manage. Rosie is an extremely dependable and valuable co-worker. She is a partner to many across the organization and is known as someone that everyone can count on. On a personal level, Rosie is so wonderful to work with. She has an incredible ability to make those around her feel heard and cared about. She is a leader on the site merchandising team- someone who is always helping bridge gaps in communication and build stronger relationships within our team. She is kind and funny. Not only does she always have a smile on her face, but she brings a smile to those around her. Rosie is a talented and warm co-worker that I really love spending every day with.
