Having worked with a number of product managers personally, one would struggle to find one more adept at managing the expectations of stakeholders, needs of the business, and input from engineers as Rosie. For the two years Rosie and I worked together directly, I was endlessly impressed with her ability to manage projects and produce timely, impactful results. In particular, Rosie's resilience in juggling multiple projects, bringing each a level of attention that suggested it was her sole focus, stood out to me. She is also a delight to be around, and I'll miss her positivity. Any team will soon count themselves lucky to count Rosie as a member.

I've been a part of 2 cross functional projects for which Rosie took the lead on product management, one of which was a very large and complicated platform migration for my team. Rosie is a pleasure to work with. She's hungry for challenges, has a curious mind, is agile in uncertain situations, and can pivot with the unexpected to provide solutions. Rosie owns her work and her decisions. If there were long hours required to pull something through she was the first to be in the thick of it. Her work ethic is to be emulated. Rosie is a team player that truly wants success for her internal customers. I'd be thrilled to have the chance to collaborate with her again.

Exersaur was born out of a class at Brown University where a a few students and myself had an idea to develop a wearable game application designed to encourage children to exercise. We were accepted into Brown University's inaugural on-campus incubator - Brown Venture Labs - where we continued to develop our concept as an independent study. We partnered with researchers at the Weight Control and Diabetes Research Center in Providence, Rhode Island, who served as advisors on adolescent exercise requirements. We incorporated these requirements in the biometric engineering and gamification elements of our application and applied together for a Small Business Innovation Research grant from the SBA. Fundaccíon Marina Orth, founded by American Journalist Maureen Orth, partners with low-income schools in Antioquia, Colombia to provide an education in English and Technology. They are building a model that can be replicated through public/private partnerships so that economically deprived students in Colombia and elsewhere, no matter their race, gender or background, can compete globally. I served as an Interim English teacher for their rural school in El Carmen de Viboral, a small town in the mountains surrounding Medellin. Show less
