Rosie undertook a temporary position with Selective recruitment when we were extremely busy and needed support. Rosie hit the ground running and was an asset to the team, coming into the role from a non related back ground she exceeded everyone's expectations. I would highly recommended Rosie to any company and will be sad to see her go when the assignment comes to an end.

My responsibilities include customer service, using the internal computer/takings system, restocking, order management, customer enquiries, working as part of a team and money handling. I was promoted to a Supervisor and as such, my remit and responsibilities increased. I now have experience in driving towards commercial targets as well as leading a complex team on different contracts. As a Supervisor, I was motivated to increase my organisational skills, prioritisation and day to day management of a large revenue generating store. Being on hand to answer ad hoc questions, manage calendars, flex between customer and administrative time has been a fantastic experience. Skills Derived: Problem Solving, Teamwork, Time Management, Money Handling, Customer Service, Team Leading, organisation, prioritisation, admin, data entry, order management, calendar and rota management. Whilst on furlough from New Look I undertook some temporary administration work at a recruitment agency to gain further experience in an office environment. I thoroughly enjoyed working here and have learnt many transferable skills. My role included but was not limited too :- - Internal and external phone calls - Using a CRM system - Inputting hours for up to 200 members of staff - Ensuring temporary staff are compliant with relevant documents, right to work etc. - Chasing temporary staff for missing documents/information - Assisting consultants with various tasks - Organizing paperwork and filing - Creating Legal documentation - Working under pressure Show less
