  Within the Neuroscience department at Pasteur of Dr. David DiGregorio, I helped implement and run a neural network in Python that modelled the cerebellum and the temporal properties of its synaptic capacity.   As a research assistant, I plan, design, and implement a project on temperature control and its effect on the circadian rhythms of Drosophila Melanogaster.I research the field and coordinate with my partner to design the experiment. We run our program on a Zantiks unit and use the Rethomics R package to analyse the data.   Music & Memory is a program for dementia patients based on research that showed that familiar music can improve their mood and memory.As the leader of the project, I designed playlists specific to the patients and adapted the program in response to patient feedback. I ran analytics on the data provided by care workers to gauge the effectiveness of the program. As the program progressed the role became primarily about training the younger students to take over the program.
