      Placed as a fieldworker for direct work with individuals with autism under supervision of professional lead teachers and speech therapists. Built a strong rapport with the students in the Early Elementary classroom (Ages 7-9) through one-on-one sessions. Implemented principles of Applied Behavior Analysis such as Pairing, ABC analysis, Reinforcement techniques including Differential Reinforcement, Shaping, Chaining, running Skill Acquisition programs, strategic use of Discrete Trial Instruction, Task Analysis, Functional Communication Training, Prompting and Prompt fading, Natural Environmental Training to increase initiation, Functional Behavioural Assessment, linking functional assessment to treatment. Moved on to the advanced seminar in Autism fieldwork and became familiar with the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis.
