      I was originally the commercial manager for Enterprise Oil and joined Shell after the takeover in 2002 by Shell when I took on responsibility for External Affairs. It was a very challenging role and I worked on a range of aspects of the project including raising finance, gas sales, energy regulation,public policy and industrial relations issues as well as working to try and find solutions to some of the most difficult public concerns facing the project.
