Rosemary is extremely hard working and logical, organising her time and tasks wisely. Her ability to absorb and process information is outstanding, both in her capacity and her quality of work. She is good at taking initiative but is also very respectful of authority. Rosemary is very warm and friendly. She relates well to a wide range of people of different ages and backgrounds, always seeking to put people at their ease. This, combined with her sharp mind, makes her a quickly indispensable member of any team.

Rosemary brings a sharp mind, and an excellent feel for process. She concentrates hard, and she works fast. In preparation for The Third Lausanne Congress - which drew participants from 198 nations - she managed several multi-lingual and multi-cultural projects on my behalf, giving each of them detailed attention. Her job title of Assistant belied the level of responsibility she carried. Rosemary won both admiration and respect from senior players in a range of media operations around the world - print, digital, radio and television. Within The Lausanne Movement, she related with ease to senior leadership and to the board. I gladly commend her.
