I have had the occasion to interact with Rosemarie on a number of occasions. I am stuck by her fluid ability to BOTH understand the financial aspects of business necessities AND skillfully appreciate the human resources side of the enterprise. It is not often that I have met and interacted with someone who has a foot firmly planted on the "thing" AND "people" side of business. What a rare talent!

I first met Rosemarie at an interview for The Graduate Program in Organizational Learning and Human Resource Development and upon acceptance, knew her as a student and class representation to the Programs Advisory Board. She has a unique balance of a knowledgeable HR Professional from a Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development perspective, representing both points-of-view well. She is able to lead a team, work as a team member and reach consensus or challenge without offending a team member but at the same time holding her own position. Rosemarie is an" A" player, knowledgeable, balanced, forceful and influential when necessary with a "get it done" attitude. Having hired numerous HR Professionals during my tenure in HR at Xerox, I not only recommend Rosemarie but I would hire her.
