Working with Rosemary was a real joy! Her enthusiasm and positive attitude regarding the constant challenges faced during the transition period of the music ministry was a tremendous example to everyone involved. Her flexibility and creative problem solving wove an effective tapestry which allowed the ministry to not just maintain, but to grow in both numbers and skill level. Rosemary was often the voice of reason in the sometimes 'highly charged' artistic environment, and her 'instant' arrangements of choral music accompaniments brought a freshness to some pieces that would have otherwise been relegated to the 'same old thing' category and summarily left in the drawer. Her work with the Grace Chapel choir brought vigor, intensity and passion to their ministry, and a great sense of striving for excellence was evident.
