The Women Integrated Sexual Health (WISH) project is the UK Government’s flagship programme to scale up its support to integrated sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) services in a range of countries across Africa and Asia by 2021. ACONDA Vs is one of the biggest national NGO working in the HIV and Global health in Cote d'Ivoire since many years. Funded by CDC, the NGO received a grant to be part of the consortium to implement the Global health security agenda (GHSA) project in Cote d'Ivoire. Especially, ACONDA VS was focused on the strengthening of the preparedness and the response system in real-time for emergency. One health approach and the multisectoriality are the mains strategies of intervention. The project was linked to many sector of activities such as animal health, human health, security domain, environmental domain, etc... As a Coordinator, My business were related to : Coordinate the implementation of projects activities on field Provide technical support in monitoring and evaluation Check accuracy of data and their analysis Monitor the use of budget Write the technical reports of project for donors Design the circuit and the tools of project management Manage the relationship with partners and local actors Manage the regional (in country) project staff (02 regional offices and 01 HQ office: in total 13 persons)
