  Establish Clubhouse program objectives consistent with organizational goals and mission •Oversee the provision of day-to-day program activities in accordance with established standards and goals •Ensure that 500 members are encouraged to participate in a variety of program areas/activities and receive instruction and constructive feedback to develop skills in program area(s) •Establish over 20 programs, activities, and services for BGCN’s members’ ages 5-18 •Ensure that over 30 site staff understand and effectively communicate standards of program, ensuring program areas are safe, well ventilated, and well lit; and that club equipment is maintained in good working condition Ensure all grant reporting meets quality outcomes and reports are delivered to respected partners •Develop and conduct evaluations of Club programs on a continual basis and ensure programs/activities respond to member needs and address their gender and cultural diversity through metrics •Research and develop curriculum with pre- and post- outcome assessments •Collect, analyze, and report on outcome indicators to ensure outcome measurements are met •Control expenditures against budget and monitor pacing of budget •Supervise 30 full and part-time staff including sharing the responsibility of hiring, disciplining, promoting, or terminating staff members • Conduct monthly training for all 50 staff members and establish mentoring programs to ensure staff is reaching full potential Show less
