  My research found that teachers lacked the confidence to promote wellbeing and resilience in their students. From here, Pennington Education was born; a consultancy that supports students' academic performance at the same time as their wellbeing and resilience. My mission is to provide advice, workshops and products for teachers, students and their families, and to bring together programs and services in a network enabling schools to implement effective practices.
