  This position was concurrent with college enrollment. Worked closely with professional staff and support 30 student staff to execute Access Academy, an after school program for high school students to gain graduation credit. Co-taught and created lesson plans for the Access Academy Courses Writing for Identity and Freedom and Ethics and Your World. Management position was approximately 12-15 hours per week, and role included overseeing service learners in the classroom and mentoring program of staff members. Instructor role included creating overall outline and curriculum of the program, weekly lesson planning and teaching, and classroom and behavioral management.
