A senior management position working closely with South East Dance’s Artistic Director and Executive Director. The role is jointly responsible for the strategic development and overview of the artistic programme. The role has overall responsibility for the successful development, delivery, and evaluation of the children and young people's, learning and community engagement programmes. The role involves programming and executive producing for festivals, performances and events through line management to a team of Programme Managers and Assistant Producers who deliver the artistic programme. The Senior Producer supports fundraising, budget management reporting to funders and maintains relationships with funders and partners.
