  I am currently team managing a very large team of trainee legal assistants through the 12 week probation and training programme at enact. I am doing this in partnership with another team leader whilst still assisting both our IT departments with regression testing and UAT and also supporting the further legal assistant teams and their team leaders within my community. Although I only work part time I am kept busy with fresh faces every 4 weeks or so!   I initially start d working for Barclays as an entry level account opening agent and within the next 2 years became a team leader within the mortgage department. After successfully managing the completions team I was then asked to take a lead in the migration of processes, controls and also the following creation of a team in one of the other Barclays sites. For this work I received a Platinum Award.
