  As a Software Project Manager I turn the desires of the client into technical requirements that software developers understand. I then break down the various elements involved in getting the work done, such as writing up project specs, assigning tasks to team members, and developing checkpoints for progress. When developers finish their part of the job, I assume the role of a Software Tester. At that, I'm responsible for the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. I conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the code written by the developer suits the client's needs.
