  Department : Innovation & Technology Department - Leading and perform lab experiments as part of co-creation projects with PCG's distributors and end-users- Managed PETRONAS Surfactant Lab and leading performance and analytical testings such as GCMS, GC-FID, FTIR, polarized microscope, tensiometer, foaming, emulsification and etc - Leading GCMS analysis for analyzing glycols in PEG400 pharma-grade using China Pharmacopeia method and headspace method for volatile organic compound (VOC), supporting plant's Root Cause Analysis (RCA)- Successfully developed low viscosity APEO free silicone oil emulsion for rubber processing- Successfully developed low pour point liquid Methyl Ester Sulfonate (MES) for homecare application- Respond quickly to customer's requests and support the commercial & marketing teams' technical inquiries.- Support training sessions conducted for colleagues/ distributors/ end users of the products- Work closely with the Commercial team and customers to understand needs, co-vision and create solutions to address those needs
