I was fortunate enough to work closely with RC this year as a member of our 👥 team. During the first few weeks within our team, I was immediately impressed on how dedicated she was on the tasks that were assigned to her. She was instrumental to our success since she had the 👓 domain knowledge. She was also able to juggle all her deliverables given that she also had other support tasks outside our project team. She was a team player and was very flexible (I sometimes see her online at 🌃night because she had meetings to attend to or tasks to complete. Yet, she was still able to attend our scrum ceremonies the following day) I was also happy that she was able to acquire multiple 📜Azure certifications in a short period of time. That reflected her desire for continuous learning. I really enjoyed working with RC and I’m happy that she landed a role that would help develop her skills further and would expose her to new team dynamics...
