I worked with Rosaria while she was part of our customer service team at Amcor. In this role Rosaria was the first point of contact with her customers, coordinating internally to respond to their needs sometimes in quite challenging times. We worked closely on a particular project where Rosaria managed very detailed, specific and changing requirements from a key customer, transferring these into clear instructions and following through to implementation. The nature of this project required organization and focus.
