Rosanne is an outstanding marketing leader who is strategic, collaborative and action-oriented. At Mighty Leaf Tea, she led portfolio expansion and was critical in the success of several major product launches. She has a creative ability to connect the dots between insights, operations and customer needs and easily assesses and identifies what needs to happen next. Rosanne is also fun to work with, is a strong team leader and has a nice balance of driving for results while engaging and motivating teams with levity and support. Rosanne has the whole package - she's a versatile marketer and business leader and would be an asset to any organization looking to drive growth.

I worked the R&D / Product Development side by side Rosanne, who managed the Marketing portion of the projects. A positive person is always a pleasure to work with. Rosanne however, takes it one step further. You feel her passion come through as she articulates the scope, the demand, and the timeline - all in a manner that makes it clear and doable. Cross functional leadership and collaboration is one of her strong suits.

Head of marketing for an artisan food producer with roots in sustainability, natural/organic and craft. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, I led brand growth strategy, product innovation, planning and implementation across all consumer touch points and business channels including e-commerce (DTC, Amazon, 3rd party e-tailers), social, digital, grocery, club and mass to ensure a cohesive, seamless brand experience while supporting aggressive revenue and growth goals (YoY double digit growth). I was part of a global executive team and a key player in architecting company mission, values and culture and successfully built a marketing team, recruited key executives and staged company for growth. Adapting big company marketing fundamentals to small company resources and budgets, I strengthened consumer understanding, business performance monitoring and organizational processes to increase clarity, speed and sound decision-making and planning. Promoted to VP from Marketing Director in 2019. Privately-held and family-owned, La Tourangelle’s purpose is to inspire food lovers everywhere and has operations in California, France and Hong Kong. Mighty Leaf was a private equity-backed, premium tea company. I led Innovation strategy and portfolio management across all channels including e-commerce, food service, grocery and natural channels. I launched over 50 new items including a 3-tiered (good, better, best) relaunch for food service, new line of Wellness teas and single serve matcha. I also leveraged my strong CPG know-how to assess, rationalize and reconstruct an iced tea portfolio to help boost profitability as well as designed and implemented a new product development process. Mighty Leaf was sold to Peet's Coffee in 2017 and I am proud to be part of the team that helped lead them to successful transaction. Show less

I worked in the private label division of Safeway-Albertson on their $800MM Health & Wellness portfolio and $2.5BN Dairy, Refrigerated and Frozen categories. I was responsible for leading teams and developing strategies to drive more trips, market basket and shopper loyalty though consumer-led activation across new product launches, packaging design, marketing campaigns and merchandising promotions. I started at Safeway as a Senior Brand Manager on the O Organics and Open Nature lifestyle brands. I led the redesign of the O Organics packaging from concept to launch and spearheaded marketing programs to attract and engage shoppers across "all stages of motherhood." On Open Nature, I relaunched super premium ice cream and go-to-market launch plan with omni-channel campaign (PR/Blogger, Social Media, digital banners, coupons, sampling and in-store signage). As Director over the Dairy, Refrigerated and Frozen categories, I had P&L responsibility for the $2.5Bn private label portfolio across 60+ categories and 1,200 SKUs. I coached and mentored 5 direct reports and extensive cross-functional team across product marketing, category management and sourcing. Key Accomplishments: * Grew O Organics and Open Nature brands 31% in 2014 * Launched engaging and consistent brand experience across O Organics portfolio * Reversed the decline in Frozen category through turnaround strategy * Led category reinvention for ice cream, frozen pizza, frozen fruit & vegetables, frozen meals & snacks * Delivered $20MM in annual cost savings Show less

Associate Brand Manager - Campbell Soup at Hand Brand Intern - V8 Vegetable Juice (Summer 2002) I went to Campbell's because I love food marketing. This is where I learned marketing fundamentals through day-to-day business analysis, S&OP forecasting and marketing and advertising execution. I had the fortunate opportunity to work on a newly launched Campbell's Soup at Hand business which was a new line of microwaveable, sippable soups within Campbell's Convenience Platform. I was proud to be part of the brand team that won the 2005 Gold Effie Award for best advertising. Show less
