I set up innovative programs for the different MILENG (military engineering) and geographic information departments. It was a process to improve the organisation in such a way that they can be both flexible and robust. Despite I am not a change- or social innovator, it was a big part of my job. On top of that, in 2021 I was Chief Assistent for a international exercise which has the aim to improve digital interoperability and building trust between nations. Stichting Trésor zet zich in voor het behoud en beheer van tropisch regenwoud, wetenschap en educatie (die betrekking hebben op het tropisch regenwoud). Als staff member was ik het aanspreekpunt voor de donateurs en hield ik het donateursbestand bij. In 2014 begon ik als student bestuurslid bij bestuur stichting Trésor. Samen met twee andere student bestuursleden organiseerde we activiteiten en ondersteunde voornamelijk met betrekking tot communicatie en enthousiasmeren van een jongere generatie. Show less
