Flight Case is a unique summer program during which 28 Master students and 2 Professors will visit a country to solve multi-faceted design challenges. The Flight Case program consists of two phases. A Research Phase which will be conducted from April to the end of July at the faculty of Industrial Design Engineering at Delft University of Technology. Students will research the companies. In this stage, they will apply the methods our faculty is famous for to determine the design direction of each case. The second phase, the Case Phase, will be conducted during the trip itself. During 4 weeks in July and August, the students will visit collaborating companies to complete the cases and present the results. This year, the team will head off to Japan and team up with various companies to create dynamic, innovative solutions and lasting connections for future collaborations. Show less
