Rosalind was my Neis Coach and Mentor in 2011 with Sarina Russo. She was my trainer in the Small Business Certificate. I found her to be an excellent Tutor and Mentor. Personable and really helpful. She made the course interesting and informative. The Business plan we set up provided me the structure to grow my art business successfully.

rosalind is a excellant trainer and mentor, she helped me get exposure on "the new inventors" and helped realise the potential of bringing a idea into the marketplace

I started up the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS), a department of the international company, Sarina Russo Group in Sydney in June 2009, as the Company's sole employee in Sydney. At the time, the company had it's main business in Brisbane and Melbourne and in 2009, won the contract to extend its NEIS department to other States. It has been a very exciting and demanding time. Having never worked in this particular industry before, I had a lot to learn, most of which was done on the job.Through my own entrepreneurial skills, I bought the business from being virtually unknown in Sydney to having a strong competitive presence in the NEIS area which will stand the company in good stead when it eventually extends the whole organisation to New South Wales. My position required several different skill sets and experience. These were:Marketing - The company's core business in Sydney is the NEIS program and the object has been to market our services to various related companies. This has been quite an accomplishment coming from the position of being a virtual unknown in the Sydney marketplace to a place of acceptance in the job services community here.Training - Delivering a Nationally Accredited Small Business Management course which focuses on how to start up and run a small business plus personal development and motivation that addresses all the personal "human being" baggage that keeps an individual from moving forward in life.Mentoring - A year long commitment by mentor and business owner aimed at developing both business owner and business.
