  I lead Pinsent Masons Global Oil & Gas team. I have a broad range of corporate experience including domestic and international corporate finance, public takeovers, initial and secondary public offerings, private M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions. I specialise in complex cross-border transactions particularly in the energy sector, acting for many listed and private E&P and service companies, sponsors and equity investors. I spent a year on secondment with a listed independent oil & gas company as its general counsel and a year with a private equity house in a corporate finance role. I was recognised as a leading energy/corporate lawyer in the The Lawyer 2016 Hot 100 rankings. Show less
