Rosa is a great leader, as well as team player, and it was a pleasure to work alongside her in the eastern region of the Dominican Republic. Her passion for her projects and her community counterparts was clear when I traveled to her host community to act as a judge in a community talent show that she coordinated. Rosa's integration into her community and close relationship with her partners was impressive and commendable (this is not an easy thing to accomplish). She would be a great asset to any organization.

Rosa stood out as a leader during my time as her colleague. I had the privilege of working with her for two years, and she became one of the individuals after whom I tried to model my own professional development. More than anything I was impressed by her ability to step in and out of various leadership roles. Whether she was administrating multiple national initiatives, to on the ground facilitation and interaction with youth and colleagues, Rosa was exemplary. I recall numerous camps and conferences that would not have become the successes they were without Rosa’s work ethic, and natural eye for organization and decision making. I miss having the opportunity to work with her! She would be an asset to any team or leadership role.
