  Since December 2019, I have worked as Head of Communications at the Prime Minister’s Office. Currently, I am also in charge of the Prime Minister’s international involvement in equality matters. Before being hired by the Prime Minister’s Office in late 2018, I established and directed an Equality Unit in the Ministry of Welfare in 2017 and 2018. As Senior Advisor on Gender Equality in the Ministry of Welfare from 2013–2016, I supervised various projects in the field of gender equality, including the preparation of draft legislation, regulations and proposals for parliamentary resolutions.
