▪ Supported and guided the southern partners in Nepal to create the best conditions for implementation and the evaluation of the volunteer deployments; ▪ Brought together hosting organizations to discuss the requirements (both fine-tuning ToRs and logistic arrangements) for the volunteers part of the EU Aid Volunteers Initiative and to plan appropriate actions; ▪ Built an appropriate support framework for the volunteers in Nepal, both within the hosting organization as also within the peer group of volunteers; ▪ Provided appropriate mentoring and capacity building to volunteers to increase their knowledge about projects rolling in the hosting agency and about hosting country; ▪ Supported project proposal drafting and reporting to donors. Two missions to Nepal for the inception phase of the project from July 2017 to September 2017 (2 months) and closing phase from August 2018 to September 2018 (1 month). Monitoring duties performed remotely.
