Created and maintained construction finish schedule for 260,000ft2 of building space which was used to set key project dates and completion schedules resulting in an estimated project completion date of 4 months earlier than originally scheduled. Coordinated with an Aecon team construction of a class 5 clean room, working with multiple sub trades and consultants to resolve unique construction obstacles to remain on schedule and under budget.
