Rory is a go getter, when something needs to get do he will be the man to do the job. He is very smart and very thoughful,easy to get along with, and has great communication skills. He is a wiz at fixing computers and other electronics. Rory is a very hard worker and for someone not to take him on and give him the chance to show them what he is capable of doing then I would have to say it would be a great lose for that company.
