Alumno's development managers manage all stages of its projects from conception to handover. Key projects: - St Benedict's Gate, Norwich. 302-bed scheme above Norwich City Council car park which will be handed back to the local council on PC. Currently under construction. Contract value £25 million. The scheme will deliver a high level of accommodation, offering student variety of amenities and managed by Fresh Living. - Dogpool Lane, Birmingham. 170-bed scheme and retail space, designed by Glenn Howells Architects, currently at planning stage.
