  My development management experience at Majid Al Futtaim Properties includes Site Identification and Business Development, Market Research, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Master Planning, Design Management, Commercial Negotiation, Construction Delivery, Consultant Coordination and Asset Management coordination. Achievements • Development Director – Fujairah City Centre Investment Joint Venture. Fujairah City Centre opened 6 weeks ahead of programme and below budget on 4th April 2012 with 100 out of 104 tenants trading. It is a phased retail development comprising a 34,000sqm GLA shopping centre, adjacent 10,000sqm GLA retail park, cinema and 150 bed hotel. As Development Director of the project and General Manager of the Joint Venture I was responsible for the effective performance of all teams working on the development including finance, consultants, delivery, leasing, marketing and asset management. • Development Manager - Deira City Centre Refurbishment and Repositioning. The project was completed in 2007 above the development KPI’s, within budget and according to milestones. The brief was to reposition the operating asset with the addition of 20,000 sqm of retail space, introduction of specialist precincts and infrastructure upgrades; • Completion of the Majid Al Futtaim Properties Tower. Management of the feasibility, design, construction and fit out within project timelines and budgets.

Achievements √ Implementing and managing the system for the completion, de-snagging and defects rectification of the development in order to handover the villas to the customers according to the developer’s quality standards. I was personally responsible for the completion and handover of 110 of the 736 villas including the associated infrastructure and MEP works.

Achievements: √ Project management of the World Square Retail Development in the CBD including the delivery of 90 retail tenancies, a full size supermarket and 5 levels of commercial office space. The 20,000sqm shopping centre in the Sydney CBD was delivered on time and within the clients budget constraints; √ Consolidation of the Ausdoc Information Management document storage operations. Services included design, construction, fitout and relocation into a new Macquarie Goodman owned 20,000sqm warehouse and a refitted 12,000sqm warehouse from 4 existing premises whilst maintaining existing operations.
