      I'm involved on a two projects for a huge worldwide FCMG-market player, as a client. 1) Analytics BI-tool created on a Qlik Sense platform which helps to improve and automate complex HR-process in a company. 2) Salesforce-based iOS-app called to help company employees to simplify revision and audit processes. DUTIES - Interviewing: I devote enough much time for interviewing users and stakeholders from different parts of Europe and Canada (in both onsite and remote ways), and interview results significantly increase the likelihood to "hit the bullseye" while designing user interface. This method comes in handy as on the stage of initial research, as for further usability-testing. As I conduct interviews – quite impressive repository of outcomes is forming meanwhile (video/voice recordings, sketches, notes etc. and summary file as a result), which helps me throughout the project life; - Usability-testing: provided via different methodologies, such sessions help to validate provided intermediate solutions and iteratively bring them to a required state; - Prototyping & development: a) as one project requires using of Qlik Sense – to get closer understanding of its abilities and restrictions, from the very start I began to explore QS step-by-step. And although initially I was providing almost all the outcomes using Axure RP, for the last period I'm doing it directly via QS, and of course it would be much challengeable without help of our senior QS consultant; b) on another one I use a "classic" bunch "Sketch + Zeplin + Invision". Also as we try to make our app as much closer to native as it possible – we have official Apple consultant partly-involved on a project, which helps us to clarify controversial questions regarding SWIFT-development or iOS guidelines, if there are any; - Management: for each feature I'm used to develop an optimal UX strategy, make needed documentation, decompose it to tasks and groom each one in details;
