In this role I was responsible for providing to the organisation’s chief executive officer, engineering advice on the maintenance of the multitude of armoured fighting vehicles, wheeled support vehicles and various weapons and electronic systems operated by an Armoured Infantry Brigade. I was responsible for ensuring engineering compliance and governance throughout the organisation of over 5000 employees. I delivered the activation of a fleet of over 250 vehicles following an in-depth winter repair programme. I was the Senior Manager of the organisation’s Liaison Team whilst deployed to Canada where I planned, delivered and coordinated the deployment and return of a brigade of around 5000 people to and from Canada in 2016, resulting in the smooth transition of personnel.
