I worked with Ronja at Cats Protection. From the first conversation I had with her, it was clear that she had a positive vision for the shop and a real desire to help volunteers achieve their potential. As a manager, she was always open to new ideas and made everyone feel included in the decision-making process. It was such a joy to work with her that I found myself volunteering for more hours per week than I had originally planned, and all my fellow volunteers spoke highly of her for her friendly and hardworking attitude. Ronja understands the value of creative problem-solving and is always willing to go the extra mile for customers and colleagues alike. I believe she would make an excellent leader for any team.

I worked with Ronja at Social Bite, both at one of the main branches of the shop in Edinburgh and during catering services. Her kindness and enthusiasm for social causes immediately impressed me - and this definitely contributed to making her a trustworthy colleague! She always interacted with everyone in a friendly and open-minded manner, showing that she deeply cared about the homeless community of the city.
