I worked with Ron on the same projects 2-3 times and every time I worked with him I could not ask for a better team mate. He is very responsive, responsible, and he knows what he is doing. It makes the projects we worked on become easier to manage. He gets things done even before the deadline and also has a great communication style. He is humble and willing to learn and also a quick learner. Ron is awesome!

I worked with Ron in Affirmation. I trained him as Affirmation's Hawaii Chapter President and watched him foster and cultivate the chapter with initiative, care, attention to detail, and efficiency. Having worked with Affirmation volunteers, I am not used to such zeal and dedication but instead expect needing to guide volunteers by the hand. This was not the case for Ron. He recruited fellow leaders to help him build the chapter with such exceptional organization. He coordinated with them, encouraging them to use their different skills and passions in cooperation and harmony with each other for the benefit of chapter membership. As the Regional President, I did not have to do anything. Ron took care of it all. Many Affirmation chapters have existed for several years and usually bring about a dozen or two dozen members to activities. The Hawaii Chapter's first activity brought 40+ people. I think a major part of that success was Ron's leadership and organization skills.
