Bio
Allen Warren
Ron, like his brethren at ProChain Solutions, is like no other Consultant I've hired in the past. His creativity and personality lets him be inventive, reflective and professional in a way that he is more like a fellow company employee than an outside consultant. There were many opportunities where Ron could've easily gotten frustrated to the point where I wouldn't have blamed him had he chosen to leave the situation or give up. Instead, in every instance, he continued on with his calm demeanor and jovial attitude, thereby totally diffusing a heated and volatile situation, turning it around to move forward in a positive manner to get the work completed. Ron is Professional. Ron is Personable. Ron is Talented. And Ron always, repeat ALWAYS exceeded the work requirements in delivering to a successful DONE.
Beth Jensen, Project Manager
Ron taught me a lot when he worked as a program management consultant at Abbott Laboratories. Ron knows Theory of Constraints, he has real world experience, and he quickly sizes up the lay of the land when he arrives on site. The truly distinguishing characteristic of Ron, however, is the unique way in which he views the world. And he communicates his perceptions uniquely and clearly. The effect is that he makes his clients see the world differently, too. For example, we were dealing with the issue that we sometimes take people who are working in operations to deal with customer issues. We found ourselves torn between two high priorities. Ron pointed out that Ford Motor Company does not send people from their production line out to the highway when a Ford customer experiences engine difficulties. Like an optometrist who keeps switching the lens on the patient during an eye exam, Ron switches the lens through which we see our business, resulting in one "Aha" moment after another. I would work with Ron again in a heartbeat.
