  As a Junior Contracts Administrator/Building Cadet it was my role to assist the Senior Contracts Administrators in Tendering for Jobs. I had too prepare the Tender packages for all the Sub Contracts. In preparation of the Tender, i had to write the Scope of Works, include the relevant drawings, specifications, terms of Contracts. Once tenders are returned, i had to ensure they are within budget and terms of Contract. Tender analysis to recommend a Contractor to the Senior CA. Once Package is awarded, weekly liaison and meetings would be organised by myself, and attended with the Senior CA.
