I have worked with Ronan closely over the past year in particular, and he has made a very strong impression on me in this time. Ronan possesses a great deal of productive energy, and has real maturity in how he focuses this energy and his attention on the highest value-add activities. When Ronan tackles a new challenge he gets to grips with it quickly, identifies the most effective actions to take, takes them, and then industrialises the process so that it can be repeatable and can be handed over. This then allows Ronan to focus his time and attention on the next newest priority. With this approach Ronan managed to undertake an impressive quantity of work and have a very tangible and lasting impact on the organisation. Ronan is a driven self-starter, and is extremely flexible in how and where he can apply himself. A valuable manager and contributor, and someone I hope to work with again in the future.

I worked alongside Ronan on a number of IT projects in Irish Life, where he was project manager and I was Technical Analyst / Implementation Lead. He proved to be a communicative, responsive and fair colleague who worked well within the team and for the team when dealing with external influences/issues. It would be a pleasure to work with him again!

PassFoundry (Trading under NeuronSpring Ltd) is a team of passionate and creative customer advocates, who strive to make engagement with customers as frictionless as possible. Through the use of digital cards, we are championing a new Customer Engagement Channel that addresses a significant number of challenges existing channels have. As Head of Strategic Innovation, I craft concepts for how our clients can better engage with their customers, using the PassFoundry digital card solution. From education and awareness in the Finance Sector to paperless billing and facilitation of payment processing in the Utility Sector, digital cards can have a unique application across most sectors. To date, we have rolled out to a number of household names, including one of the largest Health Insurance providers in the country. We are actively engaged with customers across a number of sectors, including Finance, Life & Pensions, Utilities, Retail and the Automotive industries. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ BLINKRAY -- One great example of the use of digital cards is helping numerous companies communicate with their staff during exceptional circumstances. BlinkRay is one of our leading engagement solutions that facilitates company to employee communications where existing channels prove challenging e.g. where employees are out of the office and don’t have access to email etc. How did your company communicate during Hurricane Ophelia or "The Big Snow"? How will you communicate the next time something exceptional happens? Checkout our website for info www.blinkray.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I’m always looking to speak to people who are seeking to better engage with their customers and open to trying new ideas. Since returning from my stint as a PM Consultant in IrishLife back to Fidelity in May 2011, my role has primarily been focused in PMO. I’ve been responsible for managing the processes related to: • Overall resource needs and budget for a program of work involving 250+ individuals across multiple geographies and teams (Agile & Waterfall). • Responsible for defining, implementing and managing the process for Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies that are gathered across the overall program of work, and liaising with PMs to ensure that there are measurable action plans in place to address areas of concern. • Responsible for defining and implementing the reporting processes that PMs should use to inform the leadership team of progress for their areas of responsibility. • Challenging weekly and monthly status reports from the individual PMs to ensure messages are consistent with team performance, and where necessary, working with the PMs and senior management to rectify issues that require escalation.
