My role in John Pawlowski's State Farm Agency consists of selling auto, home, and health supplemental insurance. I obtained my sales license in May 2021, and have consistently exceeded expectations. Previously I was the lead service representative, where I would interact with the customers to answer questions and solve issues. This involved a lot of communication with the customers, my office, and the corporate office. As an undergraduate teaching assistant, I was responsible for instructing a small group of students, due to COVID-19 restrictions, in BIO204. BIO204 is an introductory biology laboratory course. In my instructing, I was required to teach students how to properly use equipment, responsibilities in the laboratory setting, and answer any questions.
