  Project Manager - Responsible for taking projects from start to finish, accurately, on time and within budget. Responsible for writing proposals and performing billing. Projects are land developments within residential/commercial fields, ranging from single lots to developments of over 300 acres. Meet with clients to determine needs and maintain correspondence throughout the project. Have designed roadways, graded lots, designed storm sewer systems, sanitary sewer systems, water distribution systems, erosion and sediment control structures, and detention/retention systems. Have prepared reports and application packages to local municipalities, County, State and Federal Agencies. I routinely interact with clients, municipal and government officials, vendors and contractors. I am thoroughly knowledgeable with the ever changing regulatory process currently emanating from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection with respect to their NPDES approvals process and all other land development permits.As Municipal Engineer I have been responsible for representing the interests of local municipalities with respect to their municipal projects, as well as reviews of submitted land development projects. I have reviewed all phases of the land development process, from preliminary plan submissions through to Final Plot Plans of a completed home construction. I am in constant contact with municipal officials, developers, engineers and surveyors, contractors and reviewing agencies. While working on locally funded projects I have prepared the contract documents, completed the bidding process, overseen construction and handled payment requests. I have written ordinances and specifications for local roadway construction and sidewalk/curb repair. I have completed design projects for the municipalities in the same manner as for my private clients, and I have prepared grant applications for funding through various Federal and State agencies.

  As a Staff Designer I was involved in most aspects of the land development process for various private clients. I designed roadways, grades development sites, and designed utility systems. I prepared site specific project details, as well as incorporating municipal and manufacturer specifications and details. I performed cost estimations and site quantity take-offs. I completed application packages for submission to Federal, State, County, and Local agencies and prepared associated reports. I worked briefly as a field surveyor.
