  Responsible for the total operation of the European Parts Centre. This involves the import activities from mainly EU and APAC as well as the export to all areas around the world. Next to the distribution of spare parts, we are responsible for the product development of consumable accessories for the European Area. This involves market research, product selection and supplier selection. Executed projects: 2013: As Project Manager carried out the implementation of a Spare Parts Management system in our European organization covering 17 locations and 5 ERP systems resulting in a significant stock reduction and improvement of customer service. 2015 - 2017: Member of the scrum team during the implementation of 'Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012'. Responsible for the customisation to comply with business processes and procedures as product owner of the domains "Master Data" and "Purchase and Master Planning" and key user in the domain Sales. 2017 - 2018: Responsible for the brand change from Hitachi to Hikoki on consumable accessories procured from third parties. Due to the renaming of the company, the old brand had to be phased-out and converted into the new brand. My responsiblity was to manage and execute the complete project within a limited time and budget, which consisted of the redesign of the packaging and the transition of all stock at vendors, central warehouse and decentralized field locations.
