Chief Ronald Brickerd was just Ron many years ago when we served together at Castle AFB in California. Ronald is a natural leader and never shied away from a challenge. He is very intelligent and is a very quick study. He has a natural sense of humor and knows how to keep it light when necessary. His accomplishments speak for themselves. I am lucky to know Ron, Chief Master Sergeant Ronald Brickerd. He is one of the things that I miss most about the military, the relationships.

Jay Phipps, DBA

Ron is an organizational expert who blends personal skills, experience and automation to improve any operation - he made an immeasurable impact on the offices where he’s worked. An expert communicator; both in writing and verbally, he has been chosen time and again to lead inter-agency projects. I can’t say enough good things about Ron and the talents he brings to any job.
