I have worked for several years with Ronald. First as a peer in the Finance departement at BT, later on as manager of Ronald at BT and at ISS. It has always been a pleasure to work with Ronald, both as a peer and as a member in my Finance leadership team. Ronald has a great drive and motivation. He can lean on a great technical knowledge which he has build over all the years. He is always challenging the norm to get his teams to a higher level. He is a real teamplayer!

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with and learn from Ronald Both during my time at Telfort / BT. At the start of the period Ronald was my Finance Director, and he showed great leadership capabilities: he enables people to achieve optimal results by setting guidance, open sound boarding and providing clear feedback. He has an immens drive to get things done, to achieve results and develop his team. He is a man of his word and expects the same from others: it is ok if a milestone / deadline is missed as long as the communication is open and timely. Coming from an Accountancy background it is no surprise that some of his key values are integrity and transparency. Ronald shows a pragmatic approach, is a real team player who can manage change very well, while keeping a great sense of humor. A few of the projects we worked on together include the Oracle migration and Euro implementation. Later on in my career in BT we worked as peers / colleagues in the European organization and Ronald showed the same values, always being a fair and open business partner.
