I had the privilege of working with Ronak during my tenure at Kraft Foods Group. Ronak was successful leading several demand transformation initiatives across the $18B enterprise. Ronak is a jack of all trades who excelled in designing technical system landscapes, building collaborative processes to manage sales communication, and re-engineering people and process to streamline the means Kraft developed a demand plan. He was a trusted business partner who had very deep knowledge of customer supply chain function. This was invaluable during the redesigns of the flow of information to/from sales and supply chain planning. Ronak would instantly elevate the capabilities of any supply chain team. I would welcome the opportunity to work with/for Ronak again.

My familiarity of Ronak's experiences at Kraft and Mondelez spans about 15 years. During that time frame, Ronak has readily accepted and then mastered challenges that have spanned technical learning, leadership development through assignments in planning, customer facing roles, plant execution and international.
