I first met Ron when he was working at Cima Labs. We had a meeting with 4 or 5 Vice Presidents from Cima and Ron R. It was a very special product introduction and Ron was the only person in the room from Cima who realized the complexity and difficulty of sorting, and packaging the product. His management team made the wrong decision (they were all gone not long after a terrible startup). Ron remained and the second launch went very well the new team left Ron alone and supported him. I think they all made good decisions. The machines all still running in Salt Lake City and the fifth system is on order. Ron can do it all; he's also a wonderful guy.
