  As an in-office intern at MOPID, founded by IIT-BHU alumnus Nishanth Shukla, I have gained hands-on experience in developing and refining a product offerings, from ideation to launch, and played an integral part of MOPID's efforts to revolutionize the way that the hiring industry works. The internship helped to collaborate with a team of experienced product managers to conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and develop data-driven insights to inform a product roadmap.   As the former Secretary General for a Model United Nations (MUN) organization, I bring to the table a wealth of experience in interpersonal skills and management. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including managing a team of dedicated volunteers and coordinating with external stakeholders. One of my key strengths as Secretary General was my ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of individuals, from fellow volunteers to conference delegates to external partners. I was able to communicate effectively, listen actively, and develop trust and rapport with others, which enabled me to successfully navigate complex challenges and achieve ambitious goals. Overall, my experience as Secretary General has equipped me with valuable skills and insights that I believe will be of great value in any professional setting.
