I visited Ron at Springhill Correctional Facility when he was in the position of Group Facilitator there and was impressed by his passion and enthusiasm around providing group sessions to the DTU participants. Ron recently started a new position with a counselling line where he is a counsellor and supervisor and he continues to show his passion and understanding of the needs of the clients in this new role.
