Recent teaching activities have focused upon water and wastewater treatment, computer modeling and aquacultural engineering. Recent research has focused on water quality treatment for recirculating aquaculture, water quality modeling,algae production, degradation of oil spill residuals in coastal soils, and iron removal from groundwater supplies.
