Ron is unique as he has a very commanding demeanor, yet is a wonderful collaborator. I know of no one who has not truly enjoyed working with him. He is confident and assertive, but never pushy. It is obvious that he cares about his work and gives his all. He maintains his cool under pressure. He is an excellent planner and can handle juggling many tasks at once.
