I have known Ron for almost 20 years, and in that time I have seen the many positive and dynamic results that he has produced with both his RF design teams and with the vast network projects he successfully completed. Working with Ron from the perspective as a vendor was both stimulating and educational given his in-depth knowledge of telecom and the intricate workings of the wireless network. Ron was instrumental on several occasions in helping me guide our engineering team to develop new solutions that not only met his market’s needs but also served to be revenue generators for us across the country with many other carriers. Ron is a genuine, honest individual where pride in the work produced ranks wry high and is keenly matched by his integrity. Ron will lead a team successfully and produce results that impress.

Very lucky to have had Ron as a Manager and mentor during my time at Black Box Network Services. His leadership style was hands on, and he was right in the trenches with us engineers. He is extremely knowledgeable in the field of RF Engineering and stays on top of latest trends and technologies. I attribute much of my continued success within the industry to my time under Ron's leadership.
